ROCm GPU Compute Performance With AMD Ryzen AI MAX+ "Strix Halo"

Long story short, the AMD Strix Halo GPU compute performance was performing well past the AMD Strix Point and Intel Xe2 Lunar Lake graphics as expected. Very strong performance out of Strix Halo with the Radeon 8060S graphics on ROCm 6.4.1 atop Ubuntu 24.04 LTS. Plus was paired with leading power efficiency against these other current-generation laptop SoCs.
