Various AI / deep learning workloads from MNN to NCNN to OpenVINO were all showing nice performance out of the AVX-512 on Zen 4.
For some of the OpenVINO inference tasks, the AVX-512 enabled CPU power consumption was ~10 Watts higher than when AVX-512 was not used while not showing any clock speed impact.
