In some of the more "conventional" Linux server workloads there were also some minor performance gains found when using binaries generated by Clang 21.

Overall, LLVM Clang 21 was still able to provide some additional performance uplift for this AMD Zen 4 testing.

LLVM/Clang continues moving in the right direction for performance. Besides continuing to test Clang 21 on more hardware, also on my never-ending TODO list is also some fresh comparison benchmarks against the GCC and AMD AOCC compilers. Thanks to Microsoft for providing the free remote access to the Azure HBv5 VMs for testing at Phoronix.
