AMD Zen 5 Not Affected By Inception/SRSO, mitigations=off Yields No Benefit On Ryzen 9000 Series

In total I ran more than 140 benchmarks in looking for any significant overhead to running with the default CPU security mitigations. But at this time there wasn't any real difference aside from synthetic kernel micro-benchmarks. In all of the real-world workloads there was no substantive benefit from disabling the CPU security mitigations. On Zen 4 there wasn't either and now on Zen 5 even less so now that its not affected by INCEPTION / Speculative Return Stack Overflow. Running with mitigations=off may make sense for some aging Intel/AMD processors but for modern CPUs there is minimal difference and thus not worth the security risk.

Hopefully it stays this way and isn't worth risking security in mitigations=off mode for no real performance difference.
