With the open-source video encoders/decoders there doesn't tend to be much change given that the performance sensitive code is often within hand-tuned Assembly, but the exception is in the base x86-64 build.
GCC 11 won't be out as stable for several months so at least until then Znver2 is "good enough" especially with the lack of the complete Znver3 target.
