Like the earlier Sandy Bridge findings, the AMD FX-8150 Bulldozer also sees a very nice boost out with C-Ray on GCC 4.7. The multi-threaded ray-tracing performance out of GCC 4.7 on Bulldozer is nearly 30% faster.

The FLAC audio encoding performance is also slightly better with GCC 4.7.0.
