Turbo Core or Cool 'n' Quiet did not affect the multi-threaded C-Ray benchmark.
The fam15h_power driver does show a two-Watt increase in power consumption when Turbo Core is enabled, for this rather inaccurate Bulldozer sensor.
There was not a huge difference in the reported CPU temperature.
Having Turbo Core enabled did not increase the power consumption noticeably.
