Mesa 7.11 To Mesa 9.2 R600 Gallium3D Performance

Starting with the least demanding test, OpenArena 0.8.5, its performance is at a high point in Mesa 9.2. For the Radeon HD 4650 graphics card, there's a nice performance boost between 9.1.4 and 9.2.0-devel that leads it to its best frame-rates.
The newer OpenArena 0.8.8 release that makes use of GLSL and other "modern" GL2 functionality compared to OA 0.8.5 also is at its best performance showing since Mesa 7.11.2.
The Radeon HD 4650 graphics card also does its best for World of Padman when run on next month's Mesa 9.2 code.
