Radeon Gallium3D MSAA Performance
The performance is unfortunately devastating for open-source gamers.
It would be terrifying to see the frame-rates when using MSAA for lower-end graphics cards supported by this aging Radeon Gallium3D driver.
Unless the R300 MSAA support sees some significant performance optimizations, even 2x MSAA is too much for this open-source Linux graphics driver to handle. Next up will be new MLAA Morphological Anti-Aliasing Benchmarks as well as R600g MSAA testing.
