Mesa Update Makes Radeon MSAA Much Faster

Urban Terror was also edging higher with the new Mesa code, though strangely the reference runs without MSAA also saw a performance improvement between the tested Git revisions.

The VDrift results saw a similar change in performance. For some odd reason, the R300g driver is seeing a very high deviation in performance between test runs.

2x and 4x MSAA with Xonotic also saw very noticeable performance improvements for the Radeon X1000 series GPU on the newest Mesa code that has Marek's MSAA performance optimizations.
