All benchmarking was handled via the Phoronix Test Suite automated benchmarking software.

Right away when running Doom 3 on the AMD A10-5800K, the impact the DDR3 memory frequency has on the overall performance for the integrated Radeon HD 7660D graphics is very apparent. Going from DDR3-800MHz to DDR3-2133MHz for the Corsair RAM had led to the frame-rate of this id Tech 4 OpenGL game being nearly doubled.

With the ioquake3-based OpenArena 0.8.5 game, the frame-rates had more than doubled when maxing out the memory frequency.
