Test Driving AMDGPU's Performance With DRM-Next For Linux 4.13

With the newly-released Serious Sam 3: BFE on Vulkan, there is no real change in performance with the AMDGPU DRM-Next 4.13 code for the RX 580 or R9 Fury.
Civilization VI appears to have slightly lower frame times with AMDGPU DRM-Next, but it's really too close to be statistically significant.
Nothing to see with DiRT Rally.
Dota 2 doesn't appear to see any real change, unlike other recent kernel releases that had yielded AMDGPU Vulkan performance improvements.
