With the tessellation-heavy Unigine Heaven, the RX 460 was much slower than the GTX 950 at 1080p. The RX 470 (factory OC) and RX 480 were just a bit faster than the GTX 960.
The story is similar with Unigine Valley.
Tesseract's performance was in similar relative positions to the Unigine numbers.
