There was also a huge drop in performance with the Low-Level Virtual Machine binary when looking at the Blowfish performance.
LLVM-GCC also exhibited slightly worse performance compared to GCC when testing the MAFFT multiple sequence alignment performance.
The Crafty chess engine was slightly slower with the binary resulting from LLVM-GCC.
