ASRock M3A780GXH/128M
BIOS:
Deployed on the ASRock M3A780GXH/128M is an American Megatrends Inc BIOS with a similar set of features to that of other recent motherboards. In the past the BIOSes on ASRock products were rather crippled, especially when it came to overclocking / tweaking settings, but that is no longer the case. Like the ASRock X58 SuperComputer, there is even an EZ Overclocking section where one can easily load some pre-set values for overclocking the GPU in 5% increments up to a 50% overclock. Advanced Clock Calibration (ACC) can also be enabled from the BIOS for unlocking the fourth core on most AMD Phenom II X3 processors. Also configurable is the CPU multiplier, CPU voltage, Northbridge multiplier, Northbridge voltage, CPU frequency, PCI Express frequency, DRAM voltage, mGPU voltage, HyperTransport voltage, and SidePort voltage.
The hardware health monitoring area reports the CPU and motherboard temperatures, CPU fan speed, chassis fan speed, Northbridge fan speed, power fan speed, Vcore, +3.30V, +5.00V, and +12.00V. The CPU fan settings are also adjustable when using a 4-pin fan that supports Pulse Width Modulation.
