With only hitting a boost clock speed of 1620MHz rather than 1710MHz with the EVGA RTX 2070 XC GAMING (like the RTX 2070 Founder's Edition), the performance comes in a few frames lower.
The ASUS TURBO-RTX2070 is mostly having a rodeo with the GeForce GTX 1080 level performance, still generally well ahead of where the Radeon RX Vega 64 is performing on Linux.
