ASUS Zenbook UX301LA: A Nice Intel Ultrabook For Linux Users
When comparing the laptops/ultrabooks with at least a 1600 x 900 resolution, it's easy right away to see the speed of the Intel Iris Graphics 5100 compared to previous generation Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge graphics. There's also the old Quadro FX880M graphics on Nouveau found with the Lenovo W510 notebook.
Given that the UX301LA is the only high-end Haswell notebook/ultrabook in my possession, it's no surprise to see it running so well but these numbers at least put its performance into perspective over previous generation Intel hardware on Linux.
