With the HPCG benchmark, the c7g.4xlarge kicked things off right away to a great start with a 39% lead over the prior generation c6g.4xlarge instance type.

Or in performance-per-dollar the Graviton3 instance had about 58% more value with only a slight cost increase for the new C7g instances.

With NASA's NAS Parallel Benchmarks running between Graviton2 and Graviton3, the new AWS processors were showing significant uplift.

The c7g.4xlarge was showing terrific generational uplift over the prior Graviton2 instance of similar size. It will be very interesting to see in the days ahead how Graviton3 competes with Intel Xeon and AMD EPYC instances.
