In Kent Overstreet's announcement he had posted some Dbench benchmark results showing good performance against EXT4, XFS, and Btrfs. In my Dbench runs, Bcachefs does indeed perform well against EXT4 and Btrfs for this benchmark...
However, in other tests, the Bcachefs results are less compelling at this time.
