The OptiX back-end to no surprise delivers much better performance with NVIDIA RTX hardware than the CUDA back-end, but even when using the NVIDIA CUDA back-end with these Ads Generation workstation graphics cards there remained much better performance than the Radeon PRO cards with the HIP back-end.
Even the NVIDIA RTX 2000 Ada Generation graphics card when using OptiX could outperform the AMD Radeon PRO W7900 graphics card in these Blender 4.3 benchmarks.
