For many of the benchmarks, Clear Linux was the fastest of the Linux distributions benchmarked on this Intel Core i9 HEDT system while the BSDs generally continued to lag behind the Linux distributions in their out-of-the-box performance as we move into 2022.
Even the Perl script performance was faster on Linux.
