Moving onto the SQLite test, using compression led to slower performance than Btrfs out-of-the-box. But among the compression options, Zstd was running the best.
Compression didn't help with the FIO random reads.
While with random writes, Zstd compression had a small lead.
But with sequential reads, Zstd was the slowest.
While the results are basically a tie with sequential writes.
