GCC 4.6/4.7/4.8 ARMv7 Compiler Benchmarks

For many of the test cases, there is no noticeable performance improvement out of ARMv7 Linux between GCC 4.6 and the GCC 4.8 snapshot from August.

For some of the operations within the OpenMP-based GraphicsMagick image manipulation program, there are small improvements.
