Dota 2 with Vulkan saw the same P-State powersave/performance results for this i7-7700K + GTX 1080 Ti configuration tested. Similar to the OpenGL results, with CPUFreq and conservative modes is where the performance is lower.
The best performance-per-Watt for Dota 2 Vulkan was actually delivered in the P-State performance mode.
The Dota 2 Vulkan results were similar when moving from 1080p to 4K.
