Crucial BX100 SSD Tests On Ubuntu Linux

With the Flexible I/O Tester tests, we see right away the Crucial BX100 performs much better than the PNY and A-DATA drives and in the read test better than the aging Vertex 3. However, the Transcend 256GB SSD that's just a few dollars more than the 120GB BX100 was running slightly faster with the sequential write and then at the same speed for the read test.
While the Vertex 3 is a few years old now, it was a higher-end solid-state drive and can still beat out the cheaper SSD competition of today.
