DragonFlyBSD 5.3 Works Towards Performance Improvements

The Golang HTTP performance was faster on the development release while the other tests yielded similar performance.
The Java SciMark test when using the same OpenJDK 8 release was performing similarly.
But when it came to the Java Gradle Build test, it was runnign faster on 5.3-DEVELOPMENT.
Compiling PHP on HAMMER2 with DragonFlyBSD 5.3-DEVELOPMENT was also slightly quicker than on 5.2's HAMMER2 test.
