GCC 9.0 with PGO did now work for the Zstd compression test on this EPYC system but aside from that there wasn't much to note.

GCC 9.0 didn't make much of a difference for this Zen CPU when running the C-Ray multi-threaded ray-tracer.

The GCC 9 performance was pulling back slightly with the Stockfish chess engine test.

There were also some slight pullbacks with GCC 9.0 when building the PostgreSQL database server.
