EXT4 File-System Tuning Benchmarks

When kicking off the Linux file-system benchmarking with the Flexible IO Tester, the only configuration where EXT4 regressed compared to the defaults was with the "data=journal" option where all data is committed to the journal before being put into the main file-system.

For the FS-Mark results, these tested EXT4 mount options aren't too interesting aside from "data=journal" continuing to cause slowdowns and in some workloads disabling the delayed allocation via "nodelalloc" also slowed down the open-source disk benchmarks.
