Fedora 30 Is Performing Great - Intel Core i9 & AMD Threadripper Benchmarks

In many of the scientific workloads, the performance didn't really change but did in a few instances. For the performance changes with Fedora 30 it's likely attributed in those cases to using the new GCC 9 compiler as the main difference.

The Golang performance was a mixed bag with some improvements and losses on both systems.

The Java performance also saw some regressions.

Surprisingly, GIMP 2.10 was faster on Fedora 30 than Fedora 29, potentially due to being built under the GCC 9 compiler as the only change that immediately comes to mind for potentially causing this boost.
