Fedora Workstation 43 Beta Is Running Well On AMD Strix Halo / Framework Desktop
The Python performance was the main area where performance improvements were observed going from Fedora 42 to Fedora 43 on the same hardware. In most other workloads the performance was relatively flat, but not too surprising given the kernel upgrades and other more liberal package updates offered on current Fedora releases.
It was smooth sailing on Fedora Workstation 43 with the Framework Desktop powered by the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395. The performance was stable and I haven't run into any functionality issues or other problems in the few days of testing thus far.
