Fedora 20 Beta vs. Ubuntu 13.10 vs. Scientific Linux 6.4

The Ubuntu 13.10 disk performance was much slower than Fedora and Scientific Linux with the PostMark disk benchmark. All four Linux distributions were using EXT4.
With the Seven-Point Stencil test in Parboil, the Red Hat backed distributions were faster than Ubuntu 13.10.
The other tests were varying with no clear-cut winner.
