HP Z6 G5 A Continues Working Out Well For Linux-Friendly, High-End Workstation

The HP Z6 G5 A workstation with the AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 9000 series and NVIDIA RTX PRO Blackwell graphics worked out very well and with excellent performance from the few weeks I had with it in the lab for Linux testing. Here are a look at some vitals over the span of hours of benchmarking across different workloads on Ubuntu 26.04 LTS:

The HP Z6 G5 A workstation with this Threadripper PRO 9975WX 32-core, 8 x 16GB DDR5-5600 memory, 1TB NVMe SSD, and the NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell graphics card configuration was performing inline with expectations. From the thermals it was coping fine with air cooling and hadn't observed any thermal throttling. Again, unfortunately, no similar workstation in the lab at the moment for directly comparing its performance.
