With the SHOC benchmark for measuring the texture read bandwidth, the original B580 results were behind the A750 while now with the updated software the B580 is performing similar to the Arc A770 for this basic vRAM bandwidth test. Good to see and not too far behind the Radeon RX 7700 XT.

In SHOC's FFT single precision test, there is also a solid bump for the B580 performance... Around 6% better performance but still not where it should be ahead of the Arc A-Series.

There were still some regressions like the B580 performing behind the A-Series for the MD5 hashing GPU benchmark.

SHOC's Reduction benchmark made a huge difference on the latest Intel Compute Runtime where it went from being the slowest of all GPUs tested to now performing between the Radeon RX 7600 XT and Radeon RX 7700 XT.

There's also a striking victory for the Arc B580 with SHOC's S3D benchmark.

For some workloads the same level of performance for the Arc B580 was observed as last month when reviewing this Intel graphics card under Linux on launch day.
