First up was SPECViewPerf 2020 (the latest SPECViewPerf with a native Linux build) for seeing how the workstation graphics performance has evolved. And to no surprise, some nice gains for Battlemage but also some gains with the aging Alchemist hardware too.
The Arc B580 was benefiting the most with the 2025 Intel Linux graphics driver updates but the A580 was tending to move in the right direction too.
Some of the Arc B580 performance gains on the latest open-source Intel Linux graphics driver stack were rather massive compared to the performance last December at launch.
Very solid gains with the SPECViewPerf workstation graphics performance for Intel hardware over the past year on Linux.
