Intel Core Ultra "Meteor Lake" Performance Improves With Linux 6.9

For those interested in the Intel Arc Graphics integrated with the Core Ultra SoCs, the performance does improve nicely with Linux 6.9 compared to the current 6.8 stable shape.

Not all of the workloads though were boosted with Linux 6.9.

The FFmpeg 7.0 performance on Meteor Lake tended to benefit from using the Linux 6.9 kernel.

In some cases too the CPU power consumption on Linux 6.9 was slightly lower than 6.8 while delivering better performance -- again, thanks to Intel P-State tuning specific to Meteor Lake.
