The OpenVINO AI benchmark was consuming around ~9 Watts less while running various benchmarks in the EPP power-saver mode with only a small hit to the performance.
The performance EPP setting helped boost the Intel Meteor Lake performance in a number of the benchmarks but the most significant difference tended to be with the EPP power-saver setting for extending your laptop's battery life and reducing cooling needs.
