The default balanced mode of the MSI Prestige 14 is nice for delivering the best performance-per-Watt but those wanting the quickest compile times can switch to the performance profile to become much more competitive with the AMD Ryzen AI 300 series performance.
In some workloads the performance profile didn't yield much of a difference in the performance.
And in other instances, the AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 still managed to perform in front of the Panther Lake SoC operating with its higher power capacity.
