OpenVINO was tending to see the largest relative improvement from AVX-512 with Sapphire Rapids.
With AMD Zen 4 now supporting AVX-512 and Sapphire Rapids boasting greater AVX-512 efficiency, it's a great time for software developers to re-consider supporting AVX-512 if they've been previously put-off by the lack of cross-vendor CPU support or the power/thermal challenges with earlier generations of Xeon processors when encountering AVX-512 instructions.
