With x264 multi-media encoding, the Core i5 2400S performs right in between the Core i3 2120 and Core i5 2500K.
With FFmpeg, the Core i5 2400S was actually slower than the Core i3 models as this multimedia benchmark didn't see Intel Turbo boost go into effect to push the 65 Watt Sandy Bridge to a higher frequency than the Core i3 models.
