There are some minor performance improvements to find with the Unigine Engine tests for Haswell on Mesa 10.1-devel.

There weren't many performance improvements to find out of the rest of the OpenGL Linux games and benchmarks used. There are a few performance improvements to find overall with HD Graphics 4600 on Mesa 10.1-devel, but not nearly as many as we saw with earlier releases when the Haswell support was still being matured. Stay tuned though as when there's any new Intel Linux OpenGL driver performance improvements hitting Git, we always cover them first on Phoronix. Mesa 10.1 is still shaping up to be a good release for Intel users for the Bay Trail / Broadwell improvements, new OpenGL 4 functionality, various bug-fixes, and continued enhancements to core Mesa.

If you missed our large graphics processor comparison on the open-source Intel / Radeon / Nouveau drivers from earlier in the week, check out our 25-way open-source comparison. There was also similar Linux closed-source GPU driver benchmarks on two dozen graphics cards.
