For many OpenGL test cases we're only seeing slight changes in performance right now for the lower-end Intel graphics hardware. With the higher-end Intel Core i7 "Haswell" HD Graphics and Iris Pro graphics there's more performance improvements to be found out of Mesa 10.0 and 10.1-devel.
