When running the open-source Xonotic game with low quality settings, the R600 Gallium3D performance with the HD 5000/6000 series graphics cards comes incredibly close to running at the speed of the Catalyst driver. Sadly, the RadeonSI (Radeon HD 7000 series) and Nouveau drivers remain much lower.
