For GROMACS there was a slight performance-per-Watt advantage to using P-State EPP.

TensorFlow also enjoyed a tiny performance-per-Watt advantage over the rest when it came to AMD P-State EPP with the powersave governor and balance_performance preference.

For the Nginx HTTPS server performance there was barely a difference besides the sluggish amd_pstate powersave.
