Xonotic with Ultra quality settings did the best with Ubuntu 14.04 20140128 where there are the most bleeding-edge packages.
With many of the CPU benchmarks there isn't too much to look at with the Linux distributions being based upon the GNU Compiler Collection from a similar state.
