Unigine Valley was also faster, albeit still too slow for anything meaning with the integrated Intel graphics.

Xonotic was also made faster by Mesa 11.3-dev.

Long story short, Mesa 11.3 is indeed faster on Intel Skylake hardware than Mesa 11.2 while also offering OpenGL 4.2 support. Mesa 11.3 is expected to be officially released in June.
