Checking In On Nouveau Gallium3D For Mesa 9.1

For all three NVIDIA GeForce graphics cards that were benchmarked, Mesa 9.1-devel has a noticeably lower frame-rate for Nouveau than on the stable Mesa 9.0.1 series.
For the less-advanced OpenArena games, the frame-rates for the three NVIDIA GPUs on Nouveau are virtually unchanged between 9.0 and 9.1-devel.
For the slightly more demanding ioquake3-based Reaction Quake 3, there also wasn't any major change out of this latest Mesa code except for the GeForce GT 220 potentially seeing a slight improvement.
