Noctua NH-D9 DX-3647 4U: A High-End Xeon Scalable Heatsink

The NH-D9 DX-3647 4U is fit with two NF-A9 92mm PWM fans, a 70x56mm copper contact surface for the heatsink, and features four pairs of copper heatpipes. The cooling fins are made of aluminum and feature soldered joints and nickel plating.

The heatsink measures in at 134 x 95 x 120mm with the two fans installed. The weight with the fans is 769 grams.

The NF-A9 PWM SSO2 bearing fans spin between 400~2500 RPM and carry an acoustical noise level of 30.6 dB(A) and 96.3 m3/h maximum airflow rating.

Due to the peculiarities of the Intel LGA-3647, the DX-3647 4U heatsink will only work with Xeon Scalable processors and not fit any other sockets. This heatsink is compatible with both the square and narrow type LGA-3647 sockets, depending upon your motherboard.
