HITMAN 3 just premiered recently on Steam and has been running great for Linux users via Steam Play. Using the GNOME Wayland session with the NVIDIA 510 driver showed no noticeable performance impact compared to the classic X.Org session.
Quake II RTX also showed similar performance regardless of X.Org or Wayland.
