OpenArena is actually slower with the latest releases, but could be due to other factors with the game being CPU limited and already running at hundreds of frames per second.
The Tesseract performance also appeared slightly lower with the end-of-2015 driver release.
There isn't much to see out of the Team Fortress 2 numbers.
