Next up are benchmarks just looking at the performance out of the Jetson AGX Xavier's CPU performance with the eight custom-designed Carmel CPU cores. For getting an idea about the CPU performance were the Jetson TX1 and TX2 along with the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+, ASUS Tinker Board, AML-S905X-CC, and ODROID XU4 for a broad look at the ARM Linux CPU performance.

For a quick memory test, tinymembench was first fired up and shows much better performance thanks to the LPDDR4x memory on the Xavier board.

The Golang performance is much faster on the AGX Xavier compared to even the Jetson TX2.

The heavily threaded TTSIOD 3D renderer saw "only" double the performance when using the Xavier board compared to the Jetson TX2 and ODROID XU4.

The 7-Zip performance saw the Jetson AGX Xavier at 3.1x the speed of the Jetson TX2.
